Responsibilities

• Measure and document store processes and labor standards.
• Design, create, and maintain a catalog of labor standards in stores.
• Build and measure time and motion studies for store processes.
• Provide feedback to leadership on measuring store activities.
• Assist in creating process documentation aligned with best practices.
• Conduct A/B testing and process evaluations to improve productivity.
• Ensure new technology enhances store procedures.
• Support process teams in documenting work methods and labor standards execution.
• Drive alignment of labor standards with process owners and labor management teams.
• Partner with process teams on change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in Engineered Labor Standards and Labor Management.
• Broad knowledge of principles and practices within a retail store.
• Experience in documenting Standard Operating Procedures in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST).
