The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the project scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables, while also coordinating activities among teams to guarantee timely project launches. A significant aspect of this role includes designing and developing new process layouts for sub-assembly areas, utilizing lean principles to optimize assembly operations. This entails eliminating inefficient processes and non-value-added activities to streamline operations. The candidate will also employ value stream mapping for performance analysis of current processes, identifying areas that require improvement. Additionally, the role involves conducting line rebalancing projects and utilizing MOST cycle time analysis to enhance operational efficiency. The position requires the creation and updating of essential documentation, including the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), Process Flow Diagrams, and Audit documents, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and compliant with industry standards. This role is critical in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility, ultimately contributing to the overall success and competitiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new or improved technologies, systems, and processes to enhance manufacturing productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in creating and updating process documentation such as PDCA and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
