As a Senior Industry Manager at Pinterest, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy for the Beauty industry, reporting directly to the Managing Director of CPG. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a sales team that encompasses various levels and functions, including Client Partners and Client Account Managers. This position is integral to driving consistent value for our partners and fostering revenue growth for Pinterest. You will be challenged to uphold Pinterest's mission of helping users find inspiration and create a life they love, while also pushing the company forward in a competitive market. In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive multi-industry sales strategy that aligns with partner marketing objectives. Your efforts will focus on scaling partner media investments and creating sustainable revenue growth. Building and nurturing relationships with industry executives, including CEOs and CMOs, will be crucial as you work to establish Pinterest as a leader in the digital media landscape. You will also be responsible for shaping the future of our Sales organization by building, training, and motivating a high-performing sales team. Collaborating closely with Sales Operations and Measurement teams, you will analyze data trends and client performance to share learnings and best practices that drive client success through Pinterest solutions. Additionally, you will work with Product Marketing, Ad Product, and Engineering teams to influence product development that meets the specific needs of the Beauty vertical. As an external spokesperson for Pinterest, you will evangelize our brand in the market, ensuring that our value proposition resonates with potential partners. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital media industry, particularly within the Beauty sector, and a proven track record of success in executive sales leadership.
