Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Operations (IO) Specialist to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR) in its ongoing Science and Technology portfolio. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Information Operations, bringing a wealth of knowledge and recent experience in the development and analysis of information operations techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of signal processing, cyber operations, and all facets of current information operations capability development, from initial concept through to experimentation and implementation. The Senior IO Specialist will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in various areas, including commercial standard development, networking, emerging cyber guidance, and information interoperability. The candidate will also address critical information management and security issues, as well as provide Electronic Warfare Support (ES) sensing for wide-area spectrum awareness. Additionally, the role involves executing Electronic Attack (EA) strategies against adversary Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Targeting (C5ISRT) systems. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the ONR's objectives are met through innovative and effective information operations strategies. Candidates must possess a current TOP SECRET security clearance and be eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence (SCI). The position demands a strong educational background, with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related sciences, along with 15 years of relevant work experience; or a Master's degree with 20 years of experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 25 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute significantly to the development of cutting-edge information operations capabilities that align with the strategic goals of the ONR.
