About the position
The position at Bank of America is focused on creating complex technical designs that align with business strategies while adhering to architectural governance and standards. Responsibilities
- Design End to End solutions for AWS Messaging Services such as SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Data Firehose.
- Design and develop cloud-based architectural solutions and maintain Digital Infrastructure as an AWS Solution Architect.
- Create and maintain Ansible and Terraform automation for large-scale enterprise solutions, covering requirement gathering, design, development/testing, debugging, and solution handover.
- Analyze existing functionalities to ensure stability and compliance with risk and audit requirements.
- Promote strong collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of AWS Solution Architect experience is required.
- Primary skills include Terraform, Ansible, Go, Python, and CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Data Firehose.
- Experience working with OPA policies.
- Experience with Ansible playbook development for Infrastructure Automation.
- Knowledge of AWS security, identity, and compliance services.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Key Management Service, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Config, S3, Artifact, and Secrets Manager.
- Experience with other AWS Analytics services like Kinesis and MSK is a plus.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification is a great plus.
