About the position

The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager at Allergan Aesthetics is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue growth for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio, which includes renowned products such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Collection of Fillers, and KYBELLA®. This position is hybrid, requiring the individual to be based in or willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area, specifically covering the Michigan Region Sales Territory. The primary responsibility of the Sr IBDM is to achieve quarterly sales quotas through effective business development activities, primarily conducted via phone communication. In this role, the Sr IBDM will represent the Allergan Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. This includes providing comprehensive product and program education, facilitating product adoption, and driving portfolio growth. The individual will be expected to leverage Allergan Medical resources to enhance the adoption of the product portfolio and work synergistically with other sales personnel and support teams. The position requires a strong focus on strategic analysis of account data, understanding market dynamics, and applying consultative selling techniques to meet assigned sales goals. The Sr IBDM will also be responsible for developing product knowledge to effectively serve customer needs, identifying growth opportunities, and educating customers on marketing strategies. This includes pre-planning sales calls, maintaining efficient time management, and ensuring compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines. The role demands collaboration with various stakeholders, including the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager, to drive sales objectives and cultivate relationships. Additionally, the Sr IBDM will be expected to attend sales training and meetings, complete administrative responsibilities, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly sales quota for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio.
  • Develop and execute call and business development plans across the product portfolio.
  • Manage attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through consistent communication with management.
  • Lead execution on all campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Educate customers on product indications, contraindications, and safety.
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing accounts and new business prospects.
  • Support customers with marketing strategies including website and social media development.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
  • Collaborate with field sales to drive sales objectives and cultivate relationships.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities such as presentations and expense reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
  • Two or more years of relevant sales experience is required.
  • Proven track record of earning strong commissions and working independently.
  • Superior communication skills and highly organized.
  • Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15-20% of the time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians and patients.
  • Experience in educating or influencing targeted customers.
  • Two years of working in Inside Sales preferred.
