The candidate will represent the needs of faculty and stakeholders in integrating technology into classroom settings and will participate in strategic planning initiatives. The role also encompasses providing end-user support by troubleshooting complex inquiries related to the LMS and other software systems used in course management. The candidate will work with other teams to resolve issues associated with LMS tools and will research and recommend software upgrades.
