This position is located in Lodi, CA and will be hybrid. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop classroom, virtual, web-based, and workshop-based training sessions using the ADDIE Process and project management standards. You will act as a site training development consultant, providing start to finish project management and professional advice. You will also develop courses for various settings: 1-on-1, large group, small group, etc. Additionally, you will create training videos, eLearning courses, classroom courses, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, guides, and manuals, while directing structured learning experiences and monitoring and reporting on their effectiveness.
