About The Position
The Sr. Instructional Designer at iCIMS is responsible for creating engaging eLearning and virtual blended training content aimed at enhancing customer training and learning enablement. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop new learning materials and update existing ones, ensuring that the content is reusable across various formats and meets company branding guidelines. The designer will manage multiple instructional projects from inception to completion, focusing on delivering high-quality training solutions for iCIMS' Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
