About The Position
The Sr. Instructional Designer at iCIMS is responsible for creating engaging eLearning and virtual blended training content aimed at enhancing customer training and learning enablement. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop instructional materials that facilitate effective learning experiences for users of the iCIMS Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The designer will ensure that the content is reusable across various formats and meets project timelines while adhering to company branding guidelines.
