This position is located in Lodi, California, and will be onsite. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop classroom, virtual, web-based, and workshop-based training sessions using the ADDIE Process and project management standards. You will act as a site training development consultant, providing start to finish project management and professional advice. Additionally, you will develop courses for various settings, including 1-on-1, large group, and small group training. Your responsibilities will also include creating training videos, eLearning courses, classroom courses, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, guides, and manuals. You will direct structured learning experiences and monitor and report on their effectiveness.
