About The Position
The Sr. Instructional Designer is responsible for conducting comprehensive job-task analyses and needs assessments to identify training solutions and enhance performance. This role involves developing training program goals and objectives, designing curricula in collaboration with subject matter experts, and creating interactive e-Learning products. The designer will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure learning outcomes are met.
