About the position

The position involves defining, designing, and developing instructional materials for both in-house and packaged software, as well as business processes. The role includes conducting training classes, preparing training materials, and ensuring effective delivery methods to enhance usability. The individual will be responsible for employee instruction across various business processes and systems, while also mentoring and coordinating activities of other personnel as a Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and develop instructional materials for software and business processes.
• Conduct in-house training classes for employees.
• Prepare training materials and documentation using various delivery methods.
• Provide instruction across a wide array of business processes and systems.
• Determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Mentor and coordinate activities of other personnel as a Team Lead.
• Provide testing, support, and troubleshooting for previously developed technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with established regulations and internal controls.
• Create and deliver performance reports for training and process improvement needs.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design and development of training materials.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Ability to conduct effective training sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in mentoring and leading teams.
