About the position

The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager at Emerson will play a crucial role in the Global Marketing Team, focusing on developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue. This position requires a strategic liaison to Business Unit Marketing Leaders and involves collaboration with various marketing functions to enhance product-focused campaigns across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and priorities to drive demand for NI products and systems
  • Support product launches and coordinate marketing campaigns for maximum market impact on ni.com, sales and partner/distributor channels
  • Recommend strategies to improve outcomes of existing industry marketing plans and opportunities to enhance existing broad based marketing efforts
  • Apply market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for maximization of marketing impact
  • Develop customer-facing marketing materials including campaign assets, web content, social media, email, video, events, paid media, and earned media as needed
  • Help define account-based marketing strategies to drive industry growth across accounts globally
  • Analyze, monitor, and optimize campaign performance; communicate results and drive continuous improvement
  • Cultivate collaborative working relationships across critical team members to collectively achieve business objectives and cultivate growth
  • Partner with Field Marketing to develop industry sales enablement materials to enhance broad-based product promotions to prospects and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related disciplines
  • 10 or more years related marketing and/or business leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing insight-driven integrated marketing campaigns that drove quantitative results at regional and/or global levels
  • Highly collaborative and adept at leading and influencing cross-functional teams effectively, internally as well as at external partners and agencies
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills in English
