About the position
The Sr Interactive Designer will serve as a key creative leader within a fast-growing home services company, responsible for delivering high-impact digital marketing assets. This hybrid role involves collaboration with various teams to create diverse digital content, including email campaigns, social media posts, websites, and more. The position requires strong leadership skills, project management abilities, and a solid background in digital design.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage members of a design team to execute creative requests from various departments.
- Translate marketing strategy and objectives into digital creatives.
- Respond quickly to requests while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Proof and edit own work and the work of other team members to ensure quality.
- Address staffing concerns and manage workflow for the entire creative department.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in web and digital design.
- Advanced level skills using Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
- Full knowledge of Figma and Salesforce Marketing programs.
- Hands-on HTML and CSS experience, UX principles, and working in content management systems.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing processes and testing strategies.
- Strong command of typography, color, composition hierarchy, and understanding of how these elements work together.
