Responsibilities

• Oversee the design standards for Southcoast Health under the direction of Design and Construction leadership.
• Provide leadership within the project team and evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria.
• Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Coordinate with facilities/planning departments and other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum of six years of healthcare-specific interior design experience.
• Minimum of ten years of professional design development experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in ACAD, Revit, Enscape, Word, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Strong client presentation and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Certificate of passage of NCIDQ examination preferred.
