About the position

The Sr. International Product Manager at Roche is responsible for developing and communicating key product messages, positioning, and branding. This role involves creating marketing tools and organizing global marketing activities to support product initiatives. The position serves as the product champion and primary contact for all product-related communications, contributing to International Business Team meetings and affiliate meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and coordinate the development of marketing tools and activities, including brochures, training manuals, and digital media, to support product messaging.
  • Lead initiatives for launching and promoting new and existing products.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and deliverables for product commercialization and specific launches.
  • Monitor customer requirements and drive product performance, focusing on quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure affiliate plans align with the global strategy and provide support on product issues.
  • Plan and contribute to International Business Team (IBT) and affiliate meetings.
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and recommend actions to address market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing/sales or related experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic or related industry preferred
  • Proven expertise in product positioning and branding.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree or MBA in marketing, science, or a related field
  • Strong ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling marketing messages.
  • Experience managing branding, medical education, and PR/communication agencies.
  • Budget management and product launch experience are preferred.
