About the position

We are looking for a seasoned Senior iOS Developer/Lead to design, develop, and deliver solutions for complex requirements using Swift, SwiftUI, and MVVM architecture. This role involves leading a team of software engineers and ensuring high standards in development and testing practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile application design and architecture, as well as a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify architecture components and application interfaces.
• Execute test cases and contribute to test strategy creation.
• Drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate with product teams on new product ideas and designs.
• Maintain documentation for changes and features in development.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience developing native iOS applications.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams of software engineers.
• Extensive experience with Swift, SwiftUI, and MVVM architecture.
• Solid knowledge of mobile application design and architecture.
• Good conceptual knowledge of test-driven development.
• Experience with all stages of the iOS mobile application development lifecycle, particularly CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
