The role involves assisting in the development and setting of these standards, providing data analysis and validation, and engaging in the requirements gathering for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) solutions. Collaboration with both business and technology departments is essential to understand system data and its applications, as well as providing support around data integration. The individual will monitor production systems for issues and resolve them as necessary, assist in data modeling and data warehouse design, and help define the structure of targets for ETL processes. Mentoring and assisting Data Integration (DI) analysts and associates is also a key responsibility, fostering a deep understanding of data usage and the structure of both source and target systems. Responsibilities

• Develop data architecture, data modeling, and ETL mapping solutions within the data warehouse environment.
• Maintain and develop documentation to identify and define processes or procedures.
• Manage data by following best practices.
• Support and monitor ETL systems.
• Administer Data Integration server and/or processes.
• Provide assistance in data modeling and data warehouse design.
• Mentor and assist DI analysts and associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of SQL experience, data analysis, and data profiling.
• Experience with relational database systems and data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Preferred: 3 years of Oracle SQL experience, data analysis, and data profiling.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience with Oracle relational database systems.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading using Informatica.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling (Ralph Kimball) and business intelligence concepts.
