As a Senior IT Analyst at Honeywell International, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with various business units and stakeholders to gather project requirements, ensuring that the solutions developed align with the strategic objectives of the organization. You will evaluate existing business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement, ultimately leading to the development and implementation of effective solutions. In this role, you will define initiatives based on business needs and create momentum to drive projects forward, all while managing the competing needs of multiple stakeholders. You will focus on both Honeywell business stakeholders and internal IT project needs, fostering an environment that ensures the successful delivery of program objectives. Your ability to initiate and facilitate team meetings will be crucial in resolving issues and supporting Super Users. You will also participate in and lead solution design discussions, conducting meetings and presentations to share your ideas and findings with cross-functional teams. Effective communication will be key, as you will need to convey insights and plans clearly to team members and management. Gathering critical information from stakeholder meetings and producing useful reports will be part of your daily tasks, as will supporting the implementation of key deliverables such as functional discovery and scoping documentation, as well as business test scenarios. Applying a rigorous agile project management approach, you will translate business requirements into effective technology solutions, ensuring clarity and directness in your communication to diverse, global teams. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of telecommuting up to two times per week. Additionally, there may be approximately 5% international and domestic travel required.
