This role is pivotal in executing delivery responsibilities across several critical workstreams. The primary focus will be on migrating off unsupported GXP software and transitioning data integration jobs from an unsupported on-premise platform, specifically Informatica Powercenter, to a supported SaaS solution, Informatica Cloud Services. Additionally, the Project Manager will pilot an Enterprise Data Quality Framework aimed at ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and currency of extended worker data. This involves creating a rules interface for business users to centrally define quality rules, establishing a pipeline process to inspect and make decisions on data, and implementing a resolution workflow to address any issues that arise. Another key responsibility will be to pilot technologies for LLMs (Large Language Models) use cases. The Project Manager will enable both off-the-shelf and custom LLM technology platforms to support prioritized use cases, with MS OpenAI being the primary technology for most use cases, while Bedrock will support a limited number of approved use cases. The role will also involve providing customer master data for the sampling program, scrubbing HCP data for the Pain Data warehouse program, and sharing HCP, HCO, and Affiliation Master Data with the Pain Data warehouse and Data Strategy and Solutions. Furthermore, the Project Manager will oversee Customer Master Data for Lead Management and Speaker Programs. The Project Manager will have execution delivery responsibilities for data workstreams tied to the Pain Program, collaborating closely with DTE leaders, relevant business stakeholders, the delivery team, and the program management office. Ensuring alignment with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders is crucial. The primary responsibilities include managing, monitoring, and reporting on project execution, which encompasses managing the project schedule, identifying resource issues, facilitating the management of the JIRA product backlog, and maintaining the RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) log. The Project Manager will also deliver weekly project status reports to stakeholders and track all project deliverables. Additionally, managing the project charter, which includes project scope, team members, key milestones, assumptions, risks, and dependencies, is essential. Participation and contribution to the Pain Program operations will also be part of the role, with additional responsibilities to be agreed upon with the DTE portfolio manager for Commercial. The Project Manager is expected to apply relevant expertise, including input into project scope, business process analysis, and best practices.
