About the position

The Sr IT Network Engineer at ITG Brands is responsible for managing, analyzing, configuring, installing, and troubleshooting voice, data, video, and wireless network services across the company's headquarters, plants, and Field Sales force. This role ensures a reliable communication network and involves collaboration with various departments to meet their communication needs while maintaining peak network performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of assigned voice and data projects by developing implementation plans and coordinating with user departments and vendors.
  • Evaluate voice and data communications requirements of user departments and IT by consulting with all parties involved and making recommendations.
  • Maintain the performance of the voice and data communications network by monitoring devices and communications links.
  • Support the Company's Internet access by acting as administrator for the network.
  • Assist in preparation of communication's budget by reviewing past and forecasting future expenditures.
  • Mentor and oversee Network Analyst on project-related basis to ensure timely and high-quality work.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of Network/Telecommunications experience, or Associate's degree with 7+ years of experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Knowledge of voice and data communications technologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem/situation analysis, multitasking, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage projects effectively.
