Empower AI is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale IT programs and teams, particularly those with over 100 employees. This role is pivotal in coordinating and monitoring the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of various company programs. The Senior IT Program Manager will be responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, as well as coordinating the preparation of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. The position requires a strong focus on developing new business opportunities and expanding the product line while ensuring adherence to master plans and schedules. The successful candidate will develop solutions to program problems and direct the work of incumbents assigned to the program from various departments, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. In this role, the Senior IT Program Manager will act as an advisor to the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT field is essential, as is the ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The position involves performing a variety of complex tasks and managing large teams of employees and subcontractors, particularly in Data Center Operations and Enterprise IT Services.
