About the position

Lactalis USA is currently seeking candidates to join our IT Project Management Organization (IT-PMO). This team will be responsible for the development and standardization of IT project management processes. The Team will support IT leaders in project execution for initiatives supporting our US Businesses. This is an onsite role located in Buffalo, NY. In this role, the IT Project Analyst will work collaboratively with Leadership to build standardized project work management processes. The IT Project Analyst will play a key role in Workfront Process Implementation, Administration, Integrations & Automations. We are seeking an individual who will be our Workfront Advocate & System Guardian. As this is a new team, we are looking for members to share past experiences & actively contribute toward building our US IT Project Management Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Leadership to create repeatable Project Work Management processes in Adobe Workfront.
  • Implement the best IT Project Work Management policies to ensure consistent project delivery.
  • Be the IT project work Enablement Expert - the most knowledgeable resource driving change & adoption.
  • Work closely with your IT Project Manager & the IT Project Analyst to understand the Adobe Workfront project management application.
  • Consistently Champion Workfront - drive insight & recommendations to US team members on how Workfront can enable them to successfully manage their project.
  • Provide mentorship & direction to project managers and support staff in the US IT Organization.
  • Drive team excellence through training & best practice adherence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align project management strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Demonstrate commitment to a safe working environment that promotes the health and well-being of all employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Project Management experience a plus.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated 5-8 years of experience in a professional setting.
  • Past IT team experience a plus; familiarity with Infrastructure & SAP ERP concepts will be beneficial.
  • Adobe Workfront Experience a plus.
  • Effective leadership and team building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
  • Ability to motivate others & work collaboratively.
