We are seeking an experienced Program/Senior Project Manager to lead divestiture projects from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will oversee the separation of assets, services, or business units, ensuring timely, within-budget, and compliant execution. The Divestiture Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive project deliverables to achieve business objectives. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in divestitures and/or healthcare. Familiarity with the divestiture process and applications like Medhost, Cerner, and Pulse is essential. The candidate must also possess technical skills, including proficiency in project management tools and software. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, setting objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. The Project Manager will engage with senior leadership, functional teams, and external parties to ensure alignment and effective communication. Guiding cross-functional teams, providing direction, support, and coaching to ensure successful project execution is crucial. The role also involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with divestiture projects, ensuring adherence to IT-TSA, organizational policies, and legal obligations. Financial management is another critical aspect of this position, which includes determining monthly buyers' costs by comparing the GL and application support for a facility, as well as tracking SOWs for any expenses requested by the buyer. The Project Manager will be responsible for collecting due diligence information pertaining to a facility in a timely manner and managing all pre-sale activities related to divestiture to prepare the facility for the cut-over. This includes collaboration with business partners, buyer representatives, security teams, infrastructure teams, and database teams. The Project Manager will work closely with the buyer and security to ensure a smooth cut-over with minimal disruption at the facility. Additionally, the role includes post-TSA support, ensuring that support activities align with the guidelines outlined in the IT-TSA, facilitating data extraction requests from the buyer, and ensuring all necessary documentation is signed and accepted before data extraction. A dry run for the disconnect will be conducted a month before the actual termination, ensuring that the termination letter is signed and agreed upon by the buyer, and scheduling the termination as per the outlined guidelines and procedures.
