About the position

The Denzel Group is collaborating with a growing Healthcare organization located in southeast Florida to find a Sr IT Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a standardized approach to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute a technology portfolio of projects that align with the vision and goals set by the IT Director. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining processes and identifying the necessary tools for the Project Management Office (PMO). This position requires a proactive approach to managing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met and that the overall project strategy aligns with the organization's goals. As a Sr IT Project Manager, you will manage medium to large-scale enterprise-wide projects, which will involve defining milestones, creating detailed project plans, and establishing a clear project structure. You will monitor project activities, implement controls, and oversee project closure activities to ensure successful project delivery. Your role will also involve deploying IT infrastructure components, including cabling, telecommunications, networking, data centers, and information security measures. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise with various teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide a standardized approach to identify, prioritize, and execute technology projects.
• Assist in streamlining processes and identifying tools for the PMO.
• Manage medium and large-scale enterprise-wide projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Program Management experience.
• Experience with new construction and facility implementations of IT components.
• Experience deploying IT infrastructure related to cabling, telco, networking, data centers, and information security.
• Ability to manage medium and large-scale enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong skills in defining milestones, creating project plans, and monitoring project activities.
• Excellent communication skills.
