About The Position

The Sr. IT Project Manager for Salesforce Implementation is responsible for leading, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role focuses on overseeing the expansion of a recent Salesforce implementation, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while managing stakeholder expectations and communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with Salesforce implementation or similar CRM projects.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to manage project budgets of at least $1 million.
• Strong financial management skills, including understanding project financials and profit and loss.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Salesforce implementation project from initiation to closure.
• Plan project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Control project scope and manage changes to the project plan.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Oversee vendor management and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
