Responsibilities
- Guide the strategic planning and allocation of IT resources, ensuring projects are fully supported and deadlines met.
- Manage and mentor IT team members, providing feedback, growth opportunities and performance evaluations.
- Partner with project managers to match resources with project needs, balancing timelines and budgets.
- Set and track key performance metrics, providing regular updates to IT management.
- Oversee the IT budget, aligning spending with strategic goals for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT resource management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.
- Experience with resource management tools.
