We're seeking a skilled Senior IT Site Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support to our organization. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth IT operations and user satisfaction. Reporting to the Director, IT Operations, Digital Employee Experience, in this role you will respond promptly to IT support requests, providing efficient troubleshooting and resolution for all technology-related issues and deliver hands-on technical support both in-person and remotely for computer systems, applications, software, and hardware. You will manage the full lifecycle of employee equipment, including setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Additionally, you will install, configure, and maintain standard hardware and software according to company specifications, troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, and support and maintain conference room technologies, Zoom meeting services, and printers while maintaining accurate inventory of all IT equipment, software licenses, and assets.
