About the position

The Sr. Java Backend Developer will be a key member of the engineering team, responsible for developing high-performance, scalable backend systems. This role requires collaboration with front-end developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure and innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop software applications using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and architects to design and implement backend solutions.
• Follow technical designs and specifications to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Participate in Agile/iterative development processes to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure the security and efficiency of backend systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant client experience in similar technology, excluding training period.
• At least 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain.
• Bachelor's degree in technology; Master's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and AWS technologies.
