About the position

Infosys is seeking a Sr. Java Full Stack Developer who will collaborate with key stakeholders and apply technical expertise throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. The role involves requirements gathering, application architecture design, creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code, and leading validation for various testing types. This position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code results for assigned modules.
• Lead validation efforts for all types of testing related to the software development process.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty phases of projects.
• Participate in the software development life cycle and project life cycle activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Proficiency in Java8/J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
• At least 1 year of experience with React JS or Angular.
• Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Azure, or AWS.
• Experience in software development life cycle and project life cycle activities.

Nice-to-haves

• Lead experience managing a team of 3-4 members.
• 2-4 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• Familiarity with DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, and manual deployments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a global delivery environment.
