The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Google Cloud Platform, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Java. This onsite role requires a proactive individual who can analyze business needs, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement solutions using Google Cloud Platform, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Java.
• Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.
• Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements and technical specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct user training and support for new systems and processes.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Possess a strong technical background in Google Cloud Platform, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Java.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.
• Have experience in conducting user training and support.
