About the position

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Orchestration team, you will develop your skills and collaborate with engineers in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on building a reliable service that manages all crypto processes, utilizing modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST-based microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Automate unit and integration testing using Junit and Mockito.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to design and implement cloud applications.
• Utilize AWS and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
• Work with asynchronous messaging services such as Kafka, SNS, and SQS.
• Ensure software reliability in unpredictable environments.
• Participate in code and design reviews, and contribute to build and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development using Java and object-oriented programming.
• 5+ years of experience building REST-based microservices in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in unit and integration test automation using Junit and Mockito.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud application development, particularly with AWS.
• Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
