About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java Developer with extensive experience in Test Data Management (TDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in developing test data solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of TDM tools and methodologies, as well as a solid foundation in testing practices. The candidate will be responsible for implementing TDM solutions using various tools, ensuring that the data generated meets the testing requirements of our projects. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop robust test data solutions that support our software development lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise in relational databases, particularly DB2, and have the opportunity to work with other databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with automated continuous testing through CI/CD/CT pipelines is also essential, as you will be involved in integrating test data solutions into our automated testing frameworks. Additionally, experience with Kafka and NoSQL databases like MarkLogic or Cassandra will be beneficial. The role is based in Fort Worth, TX, and is not remote, requiring the candidate to work on-site. Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for test data management.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Java development, specifically in developing test data solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Test Data Management solutions using any tool.
• Strong testing background with a focus on quality assurance.
• Expert knowledge and 5-7 years of experience with one or more relational databases, preferably DB2.
• Familiarity with automated continuous testing through CI/CD/CT pipelines.
• Experience working with Kafka is a plus.
• Expert knowledge and 3-5 years of experience with NoSQL databases such as MarkLogic or Cassandra.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with DB2 on Z/OS or mainframes.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
