We are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer for a long-term contract with our client located in Austin, TX. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring the developer to be onsite two days per week in Austin. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for a wide range of software development tasks, utilizing various programming languages and platforms. Your expertise in Java, Spring, Angular, Tomcat, and Hibernate will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions. You will also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of integrations, particularly with MuleSoft, and be familiar with various code libraries such as Ag-GRID, IBM Process Automation Manager, and Maven repositories. Additionally, knowledge of Azure DevOps code management principles is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. You will also be expected to test and evaluate programs rigorously, ensuring they meet the required standards. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with other developers, UX designers, and business and systems analysts to create effective software solutions. Preferred qualifications include experience in performance management for custom-developed applications and a minimum of 1 year in designing and developing automation processes.
