We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position requires a full stack developer with a balanced experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, ideally with a 50/50 split. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 8 years of experience actively working on Java projects and will be proficient in the latest technologies, including JAVA 17, REST Web Services, Hibernate/Spring Data R2DB, and Spring Boot 3.2. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing APIs, which is a key part of the job. You should possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working with modern technologies. Experience in Agile methodologies is essential, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, GITHUB, and Jenkins is highly desirable. Additionally, hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, is required. On the front end, you should have strong hands-on experience in TypeScript, Angular, CSS, HTML, and other related technologies. The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player is crucial. You will also be expected to provide support to partners and mentor junior team members, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
