About the position

The Senior Knowledge Manager (SharePoint) will be responsible for managing incoming requirements and ensuring clear task guidance for the CYBERCOM team. This role involves defining and fulfilling client requests, facilitating discussions to identify areas for improvement, and aligning processes and technology for effective information sharing. The position also includes administrative duties related to SharePoint and web application development to support the Knowledge Management Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming requirements and ensure clear task guidance for the team.
• Define and fulfill emerging client requests.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing for analytic production.
• Utilize centralized and peripheral databases and content management systems to shape workflows and processes.
• Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly, or ability to obtain poly prior to start date.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with administrative SharePoint duties, including development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring proper access controls.
• Experience in web application development using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a related field; OR BA/BS with an additional 5 years of experience for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the MS.
