About the position

The Senior Knowledge Manager (SharePoint) will be responsible for managing incoming requirements, ensuring clear task guidance, and tracking metrics within the CYBERCOM team. This role involves defining and fulfilling client requests, aligning processes and technology for information sharing, and compiling reports on knowledge management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming requirements and ensure clear task guidance.
• Communicate effectively with the team responsible for task completion.
• Track metrics related to task performance.
• Define and fulfill emerging client requests.
• Conduct discussions and workshops to identify areas for improvement.
• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing for analytic production.
• Utilize centralized and peripheral databases and content management systems.
• Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly, or ability to obtain poly prior to start date.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with administrative SharePoint duties, including development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with SharePoint users and ensure proper access controls for operational security management.
• Experience in web application development using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a related field; OR BA/BS with an additional 5 years of experience for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the MS.
