Responsibilities

• Run the architectural governance process analyzing systems for compliance.
• Provide guidance on governance-related tasks and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and anticipate dependencies with other teams to ensure governance aligns with business requirements.
• Ensure work complies with governance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements.
• Contribute to a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Requirements

• Formal training or certification on Architecture of Governance practices and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in automation and continuous improvement methods with a governance perspective.
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle, emphasizing governance.
• Understanding of financial services industry and its specific governance and compliance requirements.
• Requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of governance frameworks.
