About the position

The Sr Lead Consultant for Advanced Solutions Consulting at Lumen Technologies is a pivotal role focused on driving change and enhancing the capabilities of sales professionals. This position emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and developing strategies to leverage Lumen's Network as a Service (NaaS) platform, ultimately aiming to create impactful business outcomes for customers. The consultant will work closely with account teams to identify opportunities, facilitate customer engagement, and ensure the successful adoption of Lumen's services.

Responsibilities

  • Support early-stage customer development with a focus on the NaaS platform.
  • Work alongside the sales team to position Lumen services directly with customers.
  • Establish business relationships at senior levels of customer organizations.
  • Orchestrate and deliver content and tools to prepare sellers for client engagement.
  • Interface with the product organization to capture customer feedback for NaaS improvements.
  • Evaluate and deploy new enablement methods and initiatives.
  • Design and lead Solutions Development Workshops and track performance.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of XaaS and its applications.
  • Ability to articulate and collaborate with C-suite customers on NaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing successful go-to-market programs.
  • Program management experience related to sales enablement and business development.
  • Understanding of financial models and commercial benefits of the XaaS model.
