As a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Team, you exhibit both depth and breadth of knowledge regarding software, applications, and technical processes across multiple technical disciplines. You also have a specialization in a specific domain within infrastructure engineering to drive programs or initiatives consisting of multiple technologies and applications. In this role, you will apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies focused on analyzing complex data and systems, anticipating issues, and finding ways to mitigate risk. You will work with other platforms to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and its technology processes. You will be responsible for infrastructure engineering in accordance with business requirements and will drive thought leadership within the product line. Your experience in supporting a Product / Engineering team while consulting on and delivering complex technical products, projects, or applications will be crucial. You will demonstrate experience in structuring and handling complex business solutions or technology problems to meet client needs while advising teams on strategies and best practices. Engaging clients or stakeholders in solutioning and lifecycle stages from high level to low level architecture, planning, and roadmap will be part of your responsibilities. You will execute work according to compliance standards, risk and security, and business objectives, considering upstream/downstream system or technical implications and advising on mitigation actions. Additionally, you will advise junior engineers and technologists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
