We are currently seeking a Senior/Lead/Principal Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about creating AI-powered products that enhance user experience while being scalable and secure. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in machine learning, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM), and a proven track record of successfully shipping AI-driven products. This position offers a hybrid/remote work environment, with a preference for candidates located in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, or Austin. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user needs, designing innovative AI solutions that meet those needs. You will be responsible for developing, evaluating, testing, fine-tuning, and deploying various AI applications. Producing high-quality code and documentation for machine learning processes and architectures will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will take on a technical leadership role, guiding your team and influencing the company’s approach to AI technologies. Staying abreast of emerging technologies, particularly in the GenAI and LLM domains, will be crucial as you spearhead the adoption of the latest methodologies to enhance our solutions. You will proactively identify new opportunities to leverage AI to solve business challenges, ensuring that Tripalink remains at the forefront of innovation in the real estate sector.
