About the position

The Sr. Lead Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, and modifying software programs to enhance the efficiency of business operations. This role involves leading a team of developers and testers, designing and coding modifications to existing programs, and ensuring adherence to project schedules. The position also includes coordinating build and deployment processes, performing unit testing, and providing technical support to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and modify programs to improve efficiency of business operations.
• Resolve programming issues, often leading teams of 2-5 developers and testers.
• Design, code, and compile modifications to new and existing programs in accordance with standards.
• Help coordinate the build and deployment processes.
• Develop test data and perform unit testing.
• Prepare software turnovers to Quality Assurance.
• Adhere to project schedules.
• Provide production coverage and assist Technical Support in resolving program issues.
• Provide technical and application assistance to Service Delivery and Project Management staff in answering clients' questions and resolving problems.
• Work with vendors and vendor data analysis as part of the development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field.
• 5 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with .Net programming and Unqork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tech Stack.
• Experience with SQL Server or equivalent database.
• Familiarity with SDLC using AGILE or SCRUM process.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
