As the Senior Leadership Development Program Manager at Regal Rexnord, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leadership development initiatives, strategies, and roadmaps within the Talent Development team. This position is critical to the growing Leadership Development Team within the Talent Center of Excellence (COE). Your expertise in developing leaders will be essential as you design, test, pilot, and implement leadership programs aimed at creating exceptional leader journeys. You will have an immediate impact by enhancing the experience for our high-potential leaders on their path to Vice President, while also supporting several other high-profile global initiatives. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Talent Management & Leadership Development in Corporate HR. In this role, you will develop world-class leadership development strategies and implement journeys for leaders, primarily focusing on high-potential leaders. You will support the design and iterative development of leadership development curriculum that aligns with the leader competency model and strategic business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include delivering holistic development experiences that incorporate experiential learning, mentoring, coaching, and rotations/stretch assignments across various modalities such as microlearning, in-person sessions, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and e-learning. You will also own the train-the-trainer and partner readiness aspects, as well as facilitate sessions as needed. Leveraging your understanding of talent readiness for target positions, you will inform proactive solutions for deepening bench strength and building a repeatable system for developing talent globally. Engaging with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners (HRBPs), functional and regional business leaders, you will obtain voice of the customer (VOC) feedback, validate solutions, and ensure successful program delivery. Additionally, you will manage the leadership development course catalog and vendor relationships for signature programs, while developing metrics to measure progress, learner engagement, and the health of the leadership pipeline.
