About The Position
The position is responsible for leading NextEra University High Potential Leadership Programs and various Organizational Development (OD) requests. The role involves assessing organizational needs, designing and deploying leadership and organizational development programs, and consulting with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to enhance performance. The individual will implement strategic talent initiatives, build training programs, and facilitate leadership development to ensure the growth of engaged leaders within the organization.
