About the position

The position is responsible for leading NextEra University High Potential Leadership Programs and various Organizational Development (OD) requests. The role involves assessing organizational needs, designing and deploying leadership and organizational development programs, and consulting with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to enhance performance. The individual will implement strategic talent initiatives, build training programs, and facilitate leadership development to ensure the growth of engaged leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead NextEra University High Potential Leadership Programs and Organizational Development requests.
• Assess organizational needs and design leadership and organizational development programs.
• Consult with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to improve performance.
• Implement strategic talent initiatives and develop leadership competencies.
• Build training programs to maximize leadership effectiveness.
• Assess and implement learning and growth programs for leaders.
• Facilitate impactful leadership development programs for managers.
• Oversee daily management of programs and services to support participant success.
• Provide coaching and mentoring within programs and manage leadership programs.
• Stay current on certifications and leadership best practices.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience
