About the position

The Sr. Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for planning and implementing training programs for the Americas Services team, which includes Asset Services, PDS, and V&A. This role focuses on delivering training to both new and existing employees, managing training projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective training outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training to new and existing Americas Services team members for job-specific applications and processes
  • Work with the training team to design and develop online courses and simulations in Workday Learning, including knowledge checks
  • Implement training in alignment with the desired outcomes relayed from stakeholders
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across service lines and functions to develop and deliver training
  • Act as the Training Lead for applicable initiatives in collaboration with project teams
  • Complete analysis to understand what new training content should be developed and existing content should be enhanced
  • Provide feedback to management regarding training initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in training program management and project management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in designing and developing online training content
  • Ability to analyze training needs and outcomes
  • Familiarity with Workday Learning or similar learning management systems

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the real estate or services industry
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Certification in training or instructional design
