About The Position
The Sr. Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of learning and professional development offerings that support inclusive talent development. This person will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to design a roadmap that supports the mid and long-term needs of our global, hybrid workforce. The role involves conducting a needs assessment with senior leadership, designing and delivering learning campaigns, curating a catalogue of training offerings for employees at various levels, and building a robust global onboarding program. The position requires significant experience in instructional design and the ability to leverage analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement of programs.
