As we grow, we have experienced a rapid increase in demand for both advertiser and sales education. Our team is looking for an experienced Sr. Learning Experience Designer to develop highly impactful learning for client-facing teams—specifically Sales roles, as well as Amazon Ads advertisers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and developing training across various modalities and formats, including eLearning, in-person training, and webinar-style courses to support our global audience. This individual should be a problem solver who is meticulous, customer-obsessed, and a strong leader, willing to innovate and insist on the highest standards. The responsibilities of this role include partnering with sales leadership and subject matter experts to build, iterate, and execute training development. This involves translating business needs into training curriculum and educational content, working with key stakeholders to understand training needs, and building impactful educational content that leverages the latest technology and adult learning concepts. The candidate will create content and curriculum supporting the competency models developed for each role, manage medium to large scale projects using project management tools, and ensure that adult learning principles and systematic instructional design are applied to create effective learning solutions. Additionally, the role requires leveraging rapid, agile development techniques to create content for a rapidly changing environment, leading process improvement efforts, and developing various learning methods including exercises, tutorials, job aids, assessments, and multimedia-based assets.
