About the position

As a Senior Legal Counsel in the Global Supply Chain for Wireless at Apple, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that supports the development and introduction of innovative products. Your role will also involve advising Apple management on risk allocation and mitigation strategies, as well as business policies that impact the company's operations globally. Responsibilities

• Advise engineering and operations teams on technology development and intellectual property matters.
• Draft and negotiate complex technology licenses, development agreements, supply agreements, and manufacturing agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and engineering teams to strategize on legal matters.
• Provide legal support for Apple's wireless technologies and products.
• Advise management on risk allocation, mitigation strategies, and business policies.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of transactional experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on technology agreements, including intellectual property and supply agreements.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
