About the position

The Sr. Local Performance Marketing Specialist at Neighborly is responsible for driving local marketing programs that enhance sales and customer growth for franchise owners. This role involves monitoring and coaching franchise owners on their integrated marketing plans, analyzing performance metrics, and providing strategic recommendations to achieve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty goals. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and support franchise owners in achieving their marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, track, and coach franchise business owners on their local integrated marketing plans and programs.
  • Analyze key marketing performance metrics, focusing on qualified leads and cost per lead for franchise owners.
  • Present marketing plans during onboarding training sessions and provide coaching on integrated marketing strategies.
  • Sell local marketing programs and capture franchise owners' marketing plans.
  • Develop reporting on franchise participation in key programs that drive leads and revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a franchise service or retail industry.
  • 5+ years of experience with digital marketing, highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Strong track record of delivering results in a high growth environment.
  • Excellent diplomatic skills and relationship building qualities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
